You will have received your new custom font in a file ending in ".exe" such as signature.exe or logo.exe. Locate the logo.exe or signature.exe file and double-click on it. It will create a new directory called C:\E-Signature in which your new custom font and a readme.txt file are placed. Instructions for installing the font are included in the readme.txt file yet you can follow an illustrated version of the instructions here.
If replacing a font, ensure you exit all applications and then remove the old font from the c:\windows\fonts directory. Failure to exit all applications first may in fact not erase the old font.
Begin by opening the Control Panel. To do so, click on "Start", "Settings" and then finally "Control Panel".

A new window will open. This is the control panel which allows you to control many of your computer's options (your screen may display this folder differently depending upon how your "view" options are set). We want to now open the "Fonts" folder. Do so by double-clicking on the "Fonts" Folder:

The following window will appear. Do not be concerned if your fonts are not displayed with large icons such as below. To install your font, select "File" and then choose the "Install New Font..." option.

A window such as the one below will appear. If you double-clicked on the signature.exe or logo.exe file that was sent to you, your custom font should be stored in the C:\E-Signature directory. If so, choose this location by selecting C: as your drive and then the directory. Your font's name will appear on the top left box. Click on it and then click "OK". Your font will now be installed on your system.
