Signature Fonts
- Imagine being able to send your signature on a document faxed from your computer...
- Imagine having thousands of form letters already carrying your signature...
- Imagine being able to send your signature in an internal e-mail...
- Imagine being able to send your signature as part of a Word Processing document and not worrying about it being copied or duplicated...
How?
With your own customized True Type Font (TTF), you can do all of the
above and more.
E-Signature will create for you a font that contains your
signature(s) and can be accessed from any Windows (),
Mac, Linux or OS/2 based application. Simply type a character
(specified by you), select it and then convert it to your customized
font - the character will be converted instantly to your signature.
You can even have the option of placing multiple signatures into one
font (such as for office environments/sales reps follow-ups, etc.) or
having one font for each person.
Try it!

Advantages
Below, you will find some additional reasons why purchasing a
Signature Font is a wise investment.
Signature Fonts are fast and easy to use.
It takes a few seconds to use an E-Signature custom Font. Simply select your font and type the character representing your signature. It will appear on screen instantly. You can even use such font formatting as sizing and color, not to mention bolding, italics and underlining. The procedures for a bitmap (scanned) image is far more complicated. First, you have to hunt for the file, then copy it, then paste it into your application - all the while hoping that your application has the necessary import filters. You will lose quality if you try to resize a bitmap and forget about trying to change the color.

Signature Fonts use less disk space.
The average Signature Font requires a one-time use of roughly 5 KB of disk space and requires only 1 byte of memory every time the signature is accessed. Compare this to a bitmap (scanned) image of your signature which can consume anywhere from 30 to 150 KB of your precious disk space every time it is used (all a function of the size of the image and its resolution). If you use more than one signature in a project (such as a mail-merge) this little detail makes a big difference! You may link bitmap graphic files to documents in order to reduce storage requirement but you will deal with slower systems and file tracking complexity that it is difficult to manage with large numbers of linked files (especially over a network) and is also beyond the comprehension of some of your end users. Signature fonts also display and print faster than bitmaps because of their much smaller size.Try our convenient calculator to see for yourself how much memory you can save by using a font instead of a bitmapped image. Input figures for the first four rows, then press the "calculate" button to get your results. This feature uses Javascript and requires that you operate with at least a version 3.0 browser such as Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer. Windows CE browsers do not currently support java.
Signature Fonts are superior to bitmap (scanned) graphic files.
Because Signature Fonts belong to the family of "vector" graphics, they produce higher quality images than bitmap graphic files. Your signature font can be scaled to almost any size without distortion whereas a bitmap (scanned) graphic is limited to the imported resolution or smaller (you could go larger but image quality will drop even further). The resolution of a bitmap graphic file is generally kept to 300 dpi so that it does not consume excessive amounts of memory (yet still far more than a font graphic).
Signature Fonts give a personal and professional touch to your documents.
Signatures add personality and a touch of style to any correspondence. No longer will you need to rely on typing your signature in a script font or importing a clunky bitmap or scan of your signature.
Signature Fonts are safe.
With a variety of embedding options (see our embedding section), you can transmit a document and ensure that your signature can not be copied. If not embedding the font, then your signature can only be generated from your computer or any others that have the font installed.
You can use your Signature Font in all Windows (), Mac, Linux or OS/2 applications.
No need to search for a file or start-up another application. Your Signature Font is an integral part of your operating system which mean that it is automatically available to all of your applications including such popular ones as: MS Word, MS Works, Corel WordPerfect, WinFax Pro, MS Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, Access and many more... Most applications will even support color; this means that your signature could automatically be printed in any of the colors on the operating system's palette - such as blue thereby allowing your signature to look as if it was written with a blue pen! If you download our sample font, you will see an example of a four color logo created using different characters in a font.
Compatible with all versions of Windows .
