Windows Installation Instructions
You will have received your new custom font as a .ttf file. Using your e-mail program, save this file in a convenient location on your hard drive - it might be best to create a new directory called c:\E-Signature.
If replacing a font, ensure you exit all applications and then remove the old font from the c:\windows\fonts directory. Failure to exit all applications first may in fact not erase the old font.
Begin by opening the Control Panel. To do so, click on "Start", "Settings" and then finally "Control Panel".

A new window will open. This is the control panel which allows you to control many of your computer's options (your screen may display this folder differently depending upon how your "view" options are set). We want to now open the "Fonts" folder. Do so by double-clicking on the "Fonts" Folder:

The following window will appear. Do not be concerned if your fonts are not displayed with large icons such as below. To install your font, select "File" and then choose the "Install New Font..." option. In the event the "Install New Font..." option is not available, click here for more information.

A window such as the one below will appear. Save your font somewhere on your computer (preferably a location that is backed up) and remember this location for the next step. Now locate the appropriate directory and your font's name will appear on the top left box. Click on it and then click "OK". Your font will now be installed on your system.

To access your signature, type the character you specified on the order form. Then, select the resulting character that appears on screen, (pass your mouse over it) and convert it to your font. Resize as necessary (note that 72 points is equal to one inch). In most applications, you can type in a point size higher than 72 point size if necessary.
